This hotel is well designed. Each room has a voice-controlled assistant and looking out to a nice garden if not sea-view. We were assisted by Hailey when we leave. Everyone here understands English and are helpful all the steps of the way.

假期帶著爸媽來青島旅游，定了這家酒店，沒想到環境這么好，感覺這家酒店各種設施都很新，還有自主的洗衣和烘乾機，特別方便，尤其這種天氣，去海邊玩了一天，正好能洗衣服。酒店的服務人員都特別好，尤其前臺小姐姐，看到我帶著爸媽還主動問需不需要給換個枕頭，真的是非常貼心。我爸媽還説早上出去晨練前臺特別熱情的和他們打招呼，還推薦了很多值得游玩的景點，這種服務真的很貼心，而且很舒服。有準備到青島這邊玩的朋友，強烈為你們安利哦～

整體感覺還不錯房間大酒店服務人員的工作態度很好響應速度很快?挺喜歡這個房間的燈的感覺很有設計感窗外景色很好晚上可以看到月亮?住的也挺舒服的

Definitely not a 5 star hotel they claim to be on Trip.com. The first room we were checked-in had a broken window that couldn’t be opened and the reception didn’t know about it, although the window was closed with a tape and they should have known that this room had a problem. There were not many guests in the hotel and plenty of rooms to be offered. In the next room we found out that the show was out of hot water. The problem was with the central supply system and instead of repairing it themselves, the hotel engineer was coming to our room claiming that we should discharge water for 5-10 minutes before hot water starts coming out. This kept going for almost an hour, we were tired and wanted to sleep because it was late evening. The problem didn’t require our assistance because the problem was with the whole hot water supply system, not with our exact room. Also, they brought us a small heater to the room which I was surprised about, but then I understood that it was because the air-conditioner which had a heater mode, didn’t work well. I doubt that the hotel would have enough heaters for all rooms in case they had more guests. Without the heater it was quite cold in the room. Next morning the house keeper came at 9-30 am!!!Which is insane. We were sleeping. I’ve never encountered a hotel at which the house keeper came that early and disturbed the guests. Finally when leaving the hotel, we wanted to take those one-time use sleepers with us to use during the flight and found out to our surprise, that for 4 days we were living in the hotel sleepers were not changed even once. I called the reception, it was early morning (like 6-30 am) and they told me that the house keeper will bring us the sleepers when she comes to work. I told that we were leaving already and the reception promised to bring the sleepers asap. 10 minutes later nobody came and we went to check-out. At the check-out I asked for the sleepers again and told the receptionist that the taxi has almost arrived, so that she could bring us the sleepers first and then proceed with the check-out. She didn’t listen to me, still first processed the check-out and only after it went for the sleepers. So it basically took me half an hour and my nerves to get the sleepers that were supposed to be in my room from the very beginning. The general manager talked to us after the case with the hot water and the house keeper coming early in the morning. He was very polite, but this doesn’t eliminate the fact that basic services in this hotel leave much to be desired. On the plus side, very comfortable beds and clean spacious room.

Breakfast at M?venpick Tsingtao was absolutely delicious! I especially appreciate they provided local delicacy, Chinese cabbage with shrimp. The cabbage was simply delightful, particularly when the chefs used the freshest shrimp to create the sauce. ?? Additionally, the exceptional service provided by Ashley and Mia truly stands out and enhances the overall experience. Their professionalism and attentiveness ensure that every guest feels valued and well taken care of. Thank you for making my stay memorable!

This is a must stay hotel. Everything was perfect. The rooms have all the amenities you could think of. The restaurant offers Chinese foods and Western foods. The staff are professional, polite, friendly and helpful. I will definitely book at the Movenpick hotel group in the future.
